PROCEDURES
I.       Lineup in hallway
II.      Enter class when directed by teacher
1.     Enter classroom and quietly sit in assigned seat
2.     Look over the agenda and objective for the day
3.     Get out a pen or a pencil—sharpen if you need to
4.     Get out your journal/work to be turned in  
5.     Work on the start-up activity on the board
III.     During Class
1.     Follow the SOCIAL CONTRACT
2.     Do not disrupt class with your choice of behavior
3.     If you have a question or comment, raise your hand to be recognized
4.     Do not leave your seat while lesson is being instructed
5.     Stay on task (use your time wisely)
6.     Complete all assignments and turn it in on time
7.     3 hall passes per 9 weeks (RR, nurse, etc.)
sign out before you leave and you must have a pass
8.     CLEAN YOUR AREA BEFORE YOU LEAVE
(even if you did not make the mess)

HEALTH SYLLABUS

In health education, students acquire the health information and skills necessary to become healthy adults.  We will learn how to maintain the four aspects of health: physical, social, emotional, and mental. 

Students will learn and practice the skills necessary for ones well being and for the application of these skills during interactions with other individuals.  The health skills to be learned include the following:
